| Description | Noteworthy for its bold red color and strong massing, 3004 Washington further exemplifies the distinct design and craftsmanship of the Washington Street Trio homes. Limestone and fresco stucco exterior contribute to a warm streetscape presence. Centered around the main dining area and kitchen, the first floor spaces are grand yet secluded offering the occupants a feeling of security and comfort in a modern and spacious design. Continuing up the concrete and glass stairs, the second floor spaces are comprised of the bedrooms and small open study, which radiate from the centrally located staircase in a form of circular ambulation. Ample natural light is brought into the center of the space via a skylight and generous southern window openings. |
