| Description: | This remodel was named “family friendly warehouse” by the homeowner and project manager Kristen Fitzgerrell, who wanted to leave the existing bedrooms downstairs, barracks style, and add a second floor that was open and uncluttered. We explored expansiveness and light with this second floor addition and remodel by designing high volume ceilings and bringing in abundant southern daylight. This project represents the possibilities in retooling Americas single family housing stock. |
