| Description: | This remodel used the existing exterior walls to create a space that offers volume and light. The stair tower provides light and expansive space in an old ranch home that lacked both. Impressive daylighting continues on the second floor, with views to the locals’ favorite mountain range, the Flatirons. The overall vision for this home was to bring western vernacular building and modern esthetic value together to achieve a warm yet diverging view to the existing notions of the surrounding neighborhoods’ built environment. |
