Built in the 70s, this house truly had great bones.  A harsh street facing facade provided the opportunity to turn this problem into a little gem.  There are not better views to be had anywhere in the city of Boulder. The Site slopes away to the south with views of the entire front range in Boulder.  The deck area and southern views make this a special small home.
