This Net Zero Energy collaboration between NielsenDesign and FuetesDesign is a special project indeed.   This house was built with the passive house standard and is one of the most efficient homes in Boulder county/city where building codes are some of the most strict in the Nation.  The boardformed insulated concrete and teak siding and interior trim are unique details that set this home apart from the rest.

The architectural lighting on the interior complements the interior volumes, making a smooth visual experience.
